This one-session resilience programme is designed to equip individuals with practical tools to navigate challenges, bounce back from setbacks and thrive under pressure.

The session will focus on both internal and external factors that influence resilience. Internally, we’ll explore the stories we tell ourselves, identifying limiting beliefs, and replacing them with empowering narratives. A key element will be developing a growth mindset, enabling participants to view challenges as opportunities for learning and development.

Externally, we’ll explore the importance of a robust support network, highlighting how relationships and connections can provide strength during difficult times. Participants will leave with actionable strategies to build and maintain supportive relationships, both personally and professionally.
